After a successful career with one of the largest financial institutions on Wall Street, President and Founder Lila Kaplan resigned and set her sights on becoming an entrepreneur. She always had passion in real estate and decided to invest thousands of dollars to start a business in real estate investing. This business allows Lila the opportunity to reinvest in her community and help those who are less fortunate so they can also afford the same opportunities that Lila has experienced in her life.

Jillian Shuler, COO

As a Registered Nurse, Jillian has always had the compassion and drive to help others. For six years after college, she moved around the United States for work. During that time, she lived in many different rental situations which inspired her to pursue a career in Real Estate Redevelopment. She has a passion for creating safe and beautiful spaces for people to rent or buy, and looks forward to helping people solve their real estate needs.

Payton Becker, Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Marketing major, Payton has always had an eye for appealing graphics. During her time in college, she created her own website and developed a passion for advertising. She has a passion for creating beautiful content for people to enjoy on our Instagram, Facebook, Website, and YouTube.
